These terms cover mapsbyfunk.com and the Video Atlas at mapsbyfunk.com/atlas/ (together, "the site"), run by Maps by Funk. By using the site you agree to them.
YouTube
The site uses YouTube API Services. By using the site, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos are played by YouTube's own player, and Google's use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. See our privacy policy for what the site itself collects.
Videos and creators
The videos on the Atlas belong to their creators and are shown through YouTube. Maps by Funk is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google or the featured creators unless we say so. Creators who want a video corrected or their channel removed can contact us and we'll act on it promptly.
Map locations
Where a video sits on the map is our best reading of its title and description, not information from YouTube or the creator. It can be wrong. Don't rely on the Atlas for travel safety, directions or bookings.
Your use
Use the site for personal, non-commercial browsing. Don't scrape it, overload it or try to break it. Trips and lists you make are yours; they live in your browser.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Maps by Funk isn't liable for losses that come from using it. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and those sites are not under our control.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
